Resources | How to get Internet email headers using Macintosh OS X Email

1. Open the email message and select Show All Headers from the View menu.
   
2. From the Edit menu click on Select All. You can also use the keyboard shortcut CMD-A.
   
3. Now close the window and click forward on the original email message. Then paste the text in the top of the email message. Spam messages that were not captured by Spam Soap can be reported to spam@spamsoap.com. Email messages that captured and are not spam should be reported to notspam@spamsoap.com.
