Virus and Worm Scanning

Spam Soap virus and worm scanning is accurate and continually updated using our layered architecture. Spam Soap utilizes third-party virus engines, which are updated every 5 minutes. In addition, we use proprietary WormTraq detection technology, which is updated continually.

Spam Filtering

The Spam Soap Console contains an online Quarantine, which provides access to your spam messages so they can easily be reviewed for valid messages. Our clients average a spam capture rate of 99.71% and Spam Soap will guarantee a 98% capture rate with a false-positive rate of less than 1 in 100,000 messages (false-positives do not include newsletters or bulk mail).

Disaster Recovery

If your email server becomes unreachable, Spam Soap’s Disaster Recovery automatically stores up to 5 days of inbound email. Stored email is then delivered to your mail server when it becomes available. You can view the status, the number of messages, and manually adjust the settings from within the Spam Soap Console.
