How To Get Internet Email Headers Using Microsoft Outlook

1. Open the email message and select Options from the View menu.
   
2. Right mouse click in the Internet Headers window and click Select All. You can also use the keyboard shortcut CTRL-A.
   
3. With all the text selected, right click again in the Internet Headers window and select Copy. You can also use the keyboard shortcut CTRL-C.
   
4. Now close the window and click forward on the original email message. Then paste the text in the top of the email message. Spam messages that were not captured by Spam Soap can be reported to spam@spamsoap.com. Email messages that captured and are not spam should be reported to notspam@spamsoap.com.
