How To Get Internet Email Headers Using Goldmine

1. Open the email message and click the button for Select Headers and switch to “All.” You may need to expand your window to the right to see the button on the toolbar.
   
2. Click and drag your mouse on the Internet Headers text. When it is highlighted, right mouse click and select “copy.” You can also use the keyboard shortcut CTRL-C.
   
3. Now close the window and click forward on the original email message. Then paste the text in the top of the email message. Spam messages that were not captured by Spam Soap can be reported to spam@spamsoap.com. Email messages that are captured and are not spam should be reported to notspam@spamsoap.com.
